Hi, Folks: Hard to believe another month's gone by. Next Monday we will get together for our 4th luncheon/meeting of the By George Cartoonists Club. We have some new names added to our email list, and hopefully we will see some new faces at our meeting...not that there's anything wrong with the OLD ones.(I'd better stop while I'm ahead) We will be gathering at Shelton Drum's HEROES COMICS SHOP at the corner of 7th Street and Pecan Ave. at 11:30 am. From there we will walk over to SHOWMARS RESTAURANT for lunch. Shelton says they have a room just for us. GENE PAYNE will be presenting some of his award-winning editorial cartoons. I'm sure he will answer any and all questions. So plan to be there. This will be our last meeting of 2004. Our next one will be on Monday, January 31, 2005. Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving.
