The National Cartoonists Society held this event to present legendary Sword and Sorcery illustrator Frank Frazetta with the Milton Caniff Lifetime Achievement Award.
About 30 fans and fellow artists attended the event at the Frazetta Museum located on the family compound in East Stroudsburg, PA.
